I know what it’s like to feel too much. To carry the weight. To numb. To overthink. To shrink. To live with the ache of anxiety, depression, and emotional overload. I looked calm on the outside, but inside I was unraveling.
I spent years trying to “fix” myself—chasing answers in books, mindset work, courses, and temporary relief self-care stuff. But nothing touched the exhaustion in my body or the deep longing in my soul.
Until I finally slowed down…
And listened.
To my breath.
To my body
To my soul. to something deeper and wiser than the noise around me.
Now, I support other women in doing the same- Coming home to themselves, and finding calm in a world that never stops moving.
